Today, we get to learn a little bit about Michalle Faulkner, the Managing Director of our Sunshine Coast based human resource company.

- What is something business owners have to deal with that you want to fix? As a HR Practitioner, I partner with business owners and support the management of the human assets in their business.
- What do you do at EastCoast HR Group? I am part owner and a senior HR consultant so I get the privilege of working on, and in, my own business with an incredibly talented, specialist team of people.
- What do you like about working at EastCoast HR Group? Our culture, our commitment to our clients, and the collaborative positive atmosphere we create for our workplace
- What’s your background? As a natural people person, I’ve had a love of the human resources sector for most of my life and spent the majority of my career in recruitment, administration, systems development, and consulting.
- What are the values which drive you? Honesty, making a difference to others, being an authentic leader and inspiring others to be the best that they can be.
- What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? We have a very busy social, family and friendship circle so I love catching up with loved ones, creating amazing meals to share and enjoy and a few nice glasses of wine and a good cheese plate.
