- What is something business owners have to deal with that you want to fix? I would like to educate Business Owners and Managers that they do not need to deal with people issues in their business on their own. Outsource to our team of professional consultants to assist with any staffing problems.
- What do you do at EastCoast HR Group? I support Candidates and Consultants and anything in between. I look after social media posting, newsletters, website management, communication and Recruitment support. I also answer the phones, buy the toilet paper, and cater for training and seminars.
- What do you like about working at EastCoast HR Group? The Team!! I have been at EastCoast for 5 years this May thanks to my very dear friend Jenelle. We manage to have a laugh every day which I feel is very important when we spend so much time at work. Michalle and Stephen have been very supportive & generous bosses over the years and look forward too many more years to come.
- What’s your background? I have a varied background comprising of Call Centre, Hospitality, Recruitment and Training.
- What are the values that drive you? Loyalty and equality. Loyalty is not always easy to find, so for myself, I always striving to be reliable and true. I believe that all people should be treated equally no matter what their background, culture or sexuality choice is.
- What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Socialising with family and friends, live music, beach, dinners out, cooking and of course a sneaky red wine.
